Q. What should I do if the entry price does not get executed?
A. Our stock picks are only good for the day they are emailed. We only send bulletins to cancel when we feel that stock will take a different
course of action.
Q. What do I do if I get into a stock and it goes against me?
A. We will email you a bulletin to suggest action if we feel it is needed, however, you are responsible for your own money management including stop losses.
Q. Will I be shorting stocks?
A.Yes, we short stocks as well as go long.
Q. Will I be taking positions overnight?
A. Yes, we will be holding stocks
overnight. Please be aware that taking overnight positions
may affect your buying power for the following day. You may choose to close out the position instead of holding overnight if your trading style or your
comfort level dictates otherwise.
Q. Will you email me during market hours?
A. Yes, we are proactive. We will send out a bulletin
suggesting you cancel an open order, to change a target price, or to suggest a stop loss. Please note, a stop loss bulletin is only good for the day it is emailed.

A. Yes, since we are traders, we may or may not suggest stocks that
we are trading or own. We may also indirectly own the stocks through our investments in mutual funds.

A. Our emails are coded using HTML. If your email provider does not

Q. Can you give me advice on a particular stock or reasons for your stock picks?
A. The Bullseye Bulletin is not a registered investment adviser or broker therefore it would be a violation of SEC rules to do so.
Q. Why do you only accept payment through PayPal?
A. It is a secure way for you to make transactions with credit cards over the internet. The Bulletin will never have access to your credit card information.
Q. When will I be billed?
A. You will be billed every month unless you cancel your
subscription.
Q. Do you prorate the subscription price?
A. No, we do not prorate the subscription price.
Q. What is your guarantee?
A. The guarantee is for monthly subscribers only. If after the entire calendar month, based on our entry prices, target prices, and bulletin emails, the total sum of our stock picks for the month is negative, you get the next months Bullseye Bulletin daytrading stock picks newsletter for free. We will refund the next monthly charge. You
must be a subsciber for the full month. For a price to be valid, there only has to be a print at that price. If we go into the following month with an overnight position, that
stock will be marked to market (p/l calculated as though the position was closed at the closing price) on the last day of the month. The guarantee does not apply to special offers.
